- Peel and chop your carrots into thin slices
- Prepare your broth. Add your carrots to cook for 3-5 minutes
- Boil your pan for cooking the egg. Punch a hole into the bottom and cook it for 6 minutes and put straight into cold watwr afterwards
- Mix the Miso paste and soy sauce in your bowl into a sauce. Pour the broth and carrots into it and cover it with a lid. Tip : bring the broth quickly to boil bevor pouring it, so you still have a hot soup when eating
- Cook your Soba noodles for 2 minutes and put them into the bowl. Peel your egg and put it on top of your noodles. Enjoy :)
