  1. This is the instant ramen I used. Cut up the meat and vegetables into easy to eat pieces.
  2. Bring the water to a boil in a pan and boil the meat and vegetables to your desired degree of doneness. Take out the cooked meat and vegetables. (Don't throw out the cooking water. If it has any scum, take it out.)
  3. Add soy milk and chicken stock granules to the cooking water and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles, and cook for the specified length of time while stirring.
  4. Turn the heat off when the noodles are done. Add ground sesame seeds and mix quickly. Transfer the noodles to serving bowls, add the meat and potatoes, pour the soup over and it's done.
  5. If the ramen came with a packet of cut sesame seeds or something, add that too and enjoy.
