It consists of Chinese wheat noodles served in a meat or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso.
Ramen is one of the most favored of recent trending meals on earth. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They are nice and they look wonderful. Ramen is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Ramen:
- Take Prep time 15 mnts
- Prepare Cook time 10 mnts
- Prepare Total time 25 mnts
- Take tbsp sesame oil
- Take 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- Take 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- Take 1 small onion diced
- Make ready 1 tomato diced
- Get 1 tbsp ginger grated
- Get 1 tbsp garlic grated
- Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
- Take 2 cups water
- Get 2 cups chicken stock
- Make ready 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Prepare 1 tbsp vinegar
- Make ready 3 packet instant noodles (knorr or maggi)
- Make ready 1/2 cup spring onions finely chopped
- Get 4 soft boiled eggs
- Take Coriander for garnish
- Take Sesame seeds for garnish
- Make ready Shredded chicken
- Take Lemon wedges
- Prepare Carrots
Instructions to make Ramen:
- Measure all ingredients and keep aside.
- Add sriracha sauce and sesame oil in a pot an let it bubble, add the onions and tomatoes and cook for approx. 3 mnts while stirring occasionally. Add ginger garlic and cook for 2 more minutes until soft. Now add water and bring it to a boil. Transfer this into a blender and blend into a smooth mixture. Return it to the pot and add the chicken stock and let it simmer until it boils. Now add soy sauce and vinegar and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes on low heat.
- Now put in the noodles and cook for 2 more minutes. You do not want the noodles to over cook or become soggy. Now for plating, in a large bowl, pour in some stock, then the noodles and top it off with shredded chicken, carrots, lemon, spring onions, coriander. egg and anything else that you would like to top it up with. Sprinkle some sesame seeds lastly and enjoy it hot.
