  5. Give a good stir. Raise heat to a high and bring it to a boil. Then, reduce the heat and allow to cook to about 15 minutes. Due to adding bread slices, this soup start to get thick, so adjust with more chicken or vegetabl stock as needed.
  6. After 15 minutes, crack two eggs, and add them to the soup. Stirring as you added them. Cover the pot and let eggs cook in steaming soup for 5-6 minutes. - Our soup is ready. Serve it with some freshly chopped parsley.
