Instructions to make Sweet Potato Chutney:
  1. Wash sweet potato properly. Peel it and grate the potato. Once it is done. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in Kadai. Add 1 tsp coriander seeds, 3 whole red chillies, few curry leaves, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tsp chana dal fry for few minutes. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate. Then fry grated potato till the potato cooked well. Cool it. Add small ball sized tamarind and salt and grind it into a fine paste. Once it is done.
  3. Transfer to a bowl. Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix well. Enjoy sweet potato chutney with hot…………..steamed rice or dosa.
