  5. Now add potatoes in and add half cup of water.mix well cover and cook on medium flame until the potatoes turn soft.now add fry eggs mix them and add water as desired consistency.
  6. Now add garam masala powder and give a boil turn off the flame.garnish with malai and coriander leaves then serve with roti or rice.
