- In a wok dry roast first 14 ingredients until brown in colour. Boil the eggs for 12 mins. Set aside and deshell.
- Cool the roasted spices. Put in a blender and make a paste. Set aside
- In a wok heat 1 tsp oil and smear the eggs with little turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and fry lightly. Set aside
