In the same pan add 2 tbsp oil add chopped onion saute few seconds then add 1tsl chilli,garlic in paste saute when the onion turn soft and light brown add tomato puree mix and add all the spices.mix well add one cup water cover and cooked for ten minutes on medium flame.stir occasionally.when oil release add coriander leaves mix well. turn off the flame.place the curry in serving plate our kofta on it and serve
