  1. Measure 1 cup of rice, wash n cook half done and parboil it.
  2. Cut or chop ur onion, carrot, red n green pepper to ur desired shape set a side. Cook ur green beans for 3min n also set aside
  3. Put ur pan or pot on low heat, put oil,ginger,onion n ur red pepper. Leave it 4 some minutes
  4. Add little water, put all ur seasonings n start adding ur rice n cover it for atleast 20min on a low flame n add ur green beans
  5. Add ur green pepper n carrot, cover 4 2min. Ur rice is done
  6. Cut ur plantain 2 ur desired shape n fry it
  7. Peel ur Irish n fry it also
  8. Wash n Cut ur salad(lettuce) n tomatoes set aside
  9. Cut ur liver n kidney to ur desired shape, cook them n add ur chopped tomatoes, red pepper, onion, maggi, salt n curry and cover it to cook
  10. For the drink soak ur tigernut 4 d whole night, peel ur sweet potatoes n blend them together. Sieve,add sugar n put in fridge or put ice block inside
