- Add the stock to get the consistency you want add simmer for 5-6 mins. Before you switch off the fire and add the cream cheese.
- Then you add some cream.
- The soup swril and serve the bottle gaurd soup hot. With the bread. You can also serve it.

- Some drop of souce. And black pepper.To decorate your soup.
