  3. Fir onion dalke bhune aur adrak lahsun paste bhi dalke bhune.
  4. Jab sab bhun jaye to lauki dalke chalaiye.
  5. Kuch der baad haldi namak daliye aur kuch der pakaiye.
  6. Ab 2 bowl pani dalke kukar ki dhakkan band karke 2 siti lagaiye.
  7. Fir gas off karke cooker ka steam khatam hone de.
  8. Jab dhakkan khuljaye tab chicken soup aur coriander leaves dal dijiye, ab mixi me grind kijiye.
  9. 5 min dhakkar rakhiye aur apni tarike se serve kijiye. hamne roasted soya seeds ke sath serve kiya hai.
