  12. Make ready Vegetable oil

It calms the mind and soothes the soul. Toss them into a pot of vegetable broth, simmer for a while, and when the veggies are tender, your vegetable soup is ready. Instructions to make Veggie soup:
  1. Heat up a minimal amount of vegetable oil in a pot.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and allow it to sauté for some minutes, add in the remaining veggies including the corn.
  3. Stir, season with maggi cubes, salt, curry&thyme, cayenne pepper.
  4. NOTE: use water instead of chicken broth if you've already added seasoning cubes.
  5. Add in your chicken broth or water, cover and allow to cook till the veggies are tender(especially the potatoes)
  6. Serve and enjoy!
