  1. Wash and cut spinach
  2. Cook fish add seasoning, throw away first water n rinse
  3. Blanched palm oil add tattasai paste and fry for 5 mins

  5. Remove n keep aside
  6. Add ogbono and stir, allow to simmer till its draww
  7. Add chicken, crayfish, stock fish and finally your spinach leaves. Allow to simmer on low heat for 5 mins
