  3. Now add all powder spices mention above for kofta. Add salt mix well then keep aside for 10 minutes. Now add gram flour mix well.no need of adding water.make lemon size balls (kofta)from the mixture.
  4. Take a pan add 2-3 tbsp oil heat it and shallow fry the koftas in batches on medium flame. transfer these kofta in a plate
  5. For making gravy take a kadhai add two tbsp oil heat it add whole spices saute few seconds. Add onion,ginger and garlic paste together. saute until they turn slightly golden brown. now add Kashmiri red chilli powder saute half minutes then add coriander powder. mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add little water that spices had not burnt.
  6. Now add red chilli powder and salt mix well add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. after that add kasuri Methi and malai mix well. add some more water to adjust the consistency of gravy add garam masala powder and give one boil. turn off the flame.
  7. Now take serving bowl pour some gravy in it add fry kofta and garnish with coriander leaves. serve with roti or naan.(these kofta are very delicated. they break into gravy so do not add and cooked with while boiling the gravy)
