- Take 2 tbsp Fresly chopped dhaniya
- Prepare 2 pinches heeng
- Take 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- Take 16 Suji Idlis
Mix all ingredients of batter add water to make a medium viscosity. Masala Idli is an easy recipe suitable for both breakfast and snacks. - Take a pan, add cooking oil. When oil heats up add heeng and mustard seeds. Saute for a minute. Then add curry leaves. Saute it for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced onions and green chilli. Saute it for 2 minutes on high flame. Add chopped capsicum and tomato. Saute it for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce and soya sauce and 2 tbsp of water and saute it for 30 seconds. Add salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder
- Cut the Idlis into four pieces. And add it into a pan. Mix it well and cook for a minute on low flame so that all the idlis get covered with masala properly.
- Your Jhatpat Masala Idli snack is ready for serving. Serve it with freshly chopped Dhaniya and Enjoy.
