- Sieve besan and suji together and add curd and make a semi thick batter by adding water.Now add oil and mix well.Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix gently.Now add sugar and mix properly.
- Now for steaming take a wok add 2 cups of water and keep a stand in it and boil it.
- Now grease a tin and now add fruit salt and mix in one direction only.Now pour the batter in a tin and spread some coriander leaves and sprinkle red chilli on it.
- Now keep the tin in a wok with covered lid.And first steam it at high medium flame for 5 minutes.Then at low flame steam it for 7 minutes.
- After cooling down demold the dhokla on a plate and cut it in to desired pieces.
- Now for making masala,take a wok add oil and butter.Heat it and add mustard seeds,then green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves and cook it for a minute.Then add salt,deggi mirch,red chilli, turmeric powder and mix it well.Now add tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce and mix well.Now add little water to make a little gravy and cook it for a minute.Now add our dhokla pieces and mix gently with masala gravy till they soak all gravy.Our spicy, yummy fried dhokla is ready to serve.Enjoy πππ₯°
