- stir continuously to mix it well. heat those spices.
- give little amount of water into that spice mix.

- slowly & carefully mix that gravy with fish.
- now leave that fish to mix with gravy.
- keep your eyes on the dish.
- after the dish almost done then put green chillis.
- serve hot & enjoy.
