Instructions to make Fish curry:
- Take a pan and Grease some oil and add green chilli powder,Garlic clove,cumin seeds, roast it 2 mins on low heat. Put the spices in a Grinder.
- Now add Termeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, water and grind to smooth paste….Now take a pan and Grease some oil and fry all the pieces of fish. Remove to a plate.
- Again take a pan and heat oil, add grated onion and fry 7-8min on medium heat. Fry till light brown, Now add masala paste,salt as per taste and fry 3 min on medium heat, fry till oil separates. Add some water, bring to a boil,, add fried fish, cover and cook for 5 min on low heat, flip the fish pieces, Now lastly add some chopped coriander leaves. Simmer 2 min on low heat. The yummy fish curry is ready.
