- Take raw fish in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder and mustard oil. Mix it well and then take a side.
- Take a blending jar and add Tomato, garlic, onion(1 large size), ginger, dried red chillies and cumin seeds. Blend them into a fine paste.
- Heat mustard oil (1 cup) in a Kadai properly. Add fish to the hot oil. Fry both side of the fish till golden brown and then take aside.
- Add 2 tbsp mustard oil with the remaining oil in a kadai. Heat mustard oil properly. Add one large size sliced onion to the hot oil. Fry till golden brown. Sprinkle 1 pinch salt to the onion.
- Add masala paste salt(2 tsp), turmeric powder (1.5 tsp) & coriander powder (2 tsp) to the onion.Cook till the oil separate from the paste.
- After that add hot water to the masala paste. Then add fried fish and salted dried mango. Cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, it's ready to serve.
