- First of all dry roast 3 things together in a frying pan which i mention above saunf,sabut dhania,safaid zeera
- Then crush it coarsely
- Then in a bowl add yogurt and add all the masalas including ginger garlic paste mix it all together
- Now in a pot add oil then add chicken cook it for 5 to 10 minutes until it changes it's colour
- Then add 3 blended tomatoes in the chicken and cook it until oil comes out from the corners
- Now add yogurt mixture which we made it before and cook in high flame until thick consistency
- When oil comes out on top and your desire consistency came turn off the flame and dish out
- Serve hot with chapaty or hot naans and enjoy delicious achaar gosht
