- First roast rava/semolina on law flame till it becomes light brown colour.transfer it in a bowl.
- Chopped all vegetables.now in a kadhai heat oil and ghee.add cumin and mustard seed.when it cracked add asafoetida and green chilies, whole red chilli,curry leaves and urad Dal. saute it for mnt add chopped vegetables in it.add salt n cook it 3-5 mnts.
- Now add all dry masala and mix it well.add water,sugar,lemon juice.cook till water start boiling.once it's started boiling in a law flame add roasted rava and mix it well and lumps free.cover the lid n cook for 4-5 mnts.
- Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves and some cashews.serve with spicy sev,hot tea.
