- Take 1 bowl Julienned Veggies like carrots, beans, Zucchini,Baby Corn
- Take to Taste Salt
- Make ready 2 tbsp oil
- Take For Garnishing
- Make ready As required Chopped Spring Onions
- Prepare As required Toasted Peanuts
- Take As required Lemon Wedge
A simple vegetarian version of this spicy soup. Divide the noodles between bowls, spoon over the laksa and top with the bean sprouts and coriander to serve. For the base of the soup I used a Laksa Paste. I got mine in Sainsburys but you should be able to I've kept this recipe vegetarian but if you could easily add some cooked chicken or cooked prawns to.
Steps to make Vegetarian Laksa:
- Boil Noodles as per package instructions and drain water. Set aside.
