  14. Prepare 4 tbls Chedder mature cheese
  15. Make ready 1 jalapeno sliced

  1. Add the minced beef, onion and chilli chopped to the hot oil in frying pan.. fry until the meat has lost the red colour
  2. Add the peri peri sauce and mix in. Turn down to medium and add the tomatoes mix in.
  3. Add the corn, beef stock cube sprinkled the stir to mix.
  4. Add the passata,sweet peppers. In a bowl add half the tortillas on the bottom.
  5. Then add the meat mix and grated cheese.melt the cheese in microwave for 1 minute.then add some sour cream all over and add the jalapeno,s on top.
  6. Arrange the ready of the tortillas around the edge standing up. And serve.
