  1. Cut mushrooms into half.
  2. Add one teaspoon of garlic, rice flour, maida, cornflour, black pepper, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam powder, little salt and one teaspoon of water mix well and keep aside for 30 mins.
  3. Now keep kadai for frying and fry mushrooms in batches.
  4. After frying all the mushrooms, keep another pan and add little oil. To it add another teaspoon of garlic, whole red chillies and green chillies with curry leaves. Saute for 2 mins.
  5. Add tomato ketchup and hot sauce mix well.
  6. Now add fried mushrooms and mix it.
  7. Seve hot with Schezwan sauce.
