- Finely chop the onions
- Wipe the mushroom don't wash with water
- Then chop the mushrooms
- Take a kadhai add oil and heat up
- Add cumin seeds and onions
- Then add ginger garlic paste
- Cook till the onions get soft and change in colour
- Add all spices then tomato puree
- Cook till oil comes up it's a sign of gravy is cooked nicely
- Then add chopped mushrooms and salt
- Add water cover it and cook for 5 to 8 minutes
- Open the lid add coriander leaves
- Serve with chapati and rice
