  1. Get 300 gms chicken with bones
  2. Make ready 1 medium size onion grated
  3. Make ready 1 medium size tomato chopped

  6. Get 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  7. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions to make Chicken curry:
  1. Wash the chicken pieces well. In a wok heat oil and fry the chicken pieces on a slow flame until the pink colour is gone and the chicken is well fried. Set aside
  2. In the same oil add onion paste and stir well so that the raw aroma goes and then add ginger garlic paste. Stir for 2-3 mins.
  3. At this time add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, and salt. Stir for 5-7 mins and then add the fried chicken pieces. Stir well until tomatoes are mushy
  4. Add water and cover to cook. In between stir and see whether the chicken is cooked. Set aside
  5. Plate and enjoy with Roti
