The ingredients needed to make Chicken Curd Curry:
  1. Take 750 gm Chicken
  2. Take 1-1/4 cup Yoghurt
  3. Take 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. Take 3/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. Get Salt (to taste)
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  7. Take 1 tsp Cumin powder
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
  9. Take 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  10. Get 6-7 Big Green chillies (julienne cut with out seeds)
  11. Make ready 1/2 cup Ghee
  12. Prepare 2 Onions (chopped)
  13. Get 1/2 bunch Fresh coriander (chopped)
Instructions to make Chicken Curd Curry:
  1. Marinate chicken with 2tbsp of yoghurt and leave for 30min
  2. In a pot heat ghee and fry onions until golden brown
  3. Now add marinated chicken and bhoonify it
  4. Add Ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and remaining yoghurt again bhoonify it
  5. Add 1 cup water cover and cook until chicken is tender
  6. Now add kasuri methi and garam masala powder put it on dum for 5min
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander and green chillies
