- Now, heat oil in pan, then add paneer and roast it while it's become golden brown.
- Roasted paneer keep aside.
- Now in oil, add jeera, cinnamon, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, kasuri methi, saute -turns aromatic.
- Now add chopped onions saute well.
- Now add chopped tomatoes, saute well. And make soft and mushy.
- Then add palak paste, and add water as required. Add salt and mix it well.
- Adjust consistency.
- Add roasted paneer, mix well. And Cook completely. Last add garam masala and kasuri methi, cream, mix well.
- Ready to serve.
- Serve in different styles.
