- Prepare 2 big chopped potatoes, peas and chopped carrot

- Make ready 3-4 curry leaves
- Get 1 tsp turmeric powder

Steps to make Garam-garam Poha:
- Wash poha in water then drain water. Boil peas for 5 minutes. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli pepper, pinch of sugar, salt on drained poha and mix it with hands.l and keep it aside.
- Take heavy pan, let it warm. Then put oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chill. Then put chopped onions and let them sauté (till onion gets transparent)
- Put chopped potatoes, boiled peas and carrot in the pan and sauté it until it gets tender and little crisp.
- Then put washed poha in the pan and mix everything together.
- Cover it with lid and let it cook. After poha gets soft, sprinkle lemon juice on poha.
- Serve with cilantro.
