- To make a curry in a pan add one tsp oil heat it then add roughly chopped onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, cashew, fennel seeds and green chillies saute few minutes then add 1/4 cup water cover it and cooked until the onion and tomatoes become soft. Turn the flame. Cool it and make a fine paste in a mixer jar.
- In a kadhai add 2 tbsp oil heat it add cumin seeds and when it splutters add Dry red chilli saute few seconds then add the onion tomatoes paste. Saute and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add all dry powder spices.
- Saute 1-2 minutes then add little water,cover and cooked for 3-4 minutes when the oil separated add 1/2 cup water and check the consistency of gravy, add koftas and boil it for another minute and turn off the flame.
- Transfer into serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
