- Spray you pot with coconut oil and heat on medium. I got this from the dollar tree it's amazing!!
- Chop your onion and bell pepper and lightly sauté in our pot
- After about 7-10 minutes add your mushroom soup and beef stock. Only dilute 1 can of soup with water.
- After you have it all mixed in good and smooth add about 15 shots of worsteshire sauce, and seasonings.
- Add your meatballs and simmer for 10-15 minutes or longer if you'd like. EAT!! I put ours over rice, next time smashed potatoes!
