- Add in seviyan cook for 5 minutes, do not over cook,only 75% it should be cooked, (else seviyan gets sticky) drain the water, and add in to the wok
- On a low heat mix it well…cover the lid for two minutes, now add fresh coconut,lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves,mix gently and serve hot.
