- In a pan, add oil, to it add Mustard seeds, curry leaves and both the lentils. sauté.
- Add the, garlic, onion, ginger, Coconut, turmeric and red chilli powder. Sauté till the onions are soft.
- Add salt,mix, cool down and the grind half way.
- To this add imli pulp. If you have whole imli just soak it in somw warm water and you are good to go. Add imli and grind into fine paste.
- Enjoy, with dosa, medu vada, uttapam etc.
