  2. Heat up the oil and add the onions and salt and pepper
  3. Fry for 1 minute then add the minced lamb and mix in
  4. Once the lamb is all coloured add the mint and carrots
  5. Mix all in then disolve the stock cubes in the boiling water
  6. Then add to the lamb and stir and mix in. Cook low for 20 minutes.
  7. Add the potatoes to boil for around 20 minutes
  8. Thicken the lamb with the Corn flour if its not thick add a little more cornflour to cold water.
  9. Then add 1 tsp of mint Sauce and mix.
  10. Transfer the thick minced lamb to a greased oven dish leave to cool leaving an inch for the mashed potatoe to go on top.
  11. Mash the potatoes with Butter and then add the cream and mash.
  12. Then layer the lovely mashed potatoe all over the top.with a flat knife smooth it out then with a fork
  13. Add the mash to the top of the lamb Smooth the mash level the mash.
  14. Then pattern the potatoes with a fork
  15. Add the grated cheese on top
  16. Add to a preheated oven on medium heat for 30 minutes serve Hot with a nice crisp Salad.
