- Get boiled aloo
- Prepare dahi

- Make ready bay leaf

Steps to make Dahi Vale Aloo:
- Cut all the potatoes in big chunks
- Take a bowl add some curd, and add all the dry masala and mix well
- Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and let it heat up. Once heated at 1 tbsp cumin seeds and once it starts crackling add curry leaves bay leaf and whole red chilli with a pinch of hing.
- Now add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown
- Next add chilli ginger garlic paste and sauté for few mins
- Now add the tomatoes and mix well
- Next add the curd mixture and stir continuously for a few seconds
- Add a little bit of water and let it boil for a min
- Now add the boiled potatoes and add 2-3 potatoes mashed as well to make the gravy a bit thick. Cook for few seconds and add kitchen king masala and salt garnish with coriander leaves.
- Your dhai vale aloo is ready enjoy with roti or paratha
