- Take 2 tsp Fresh coriander leaves chopped

- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned in the batter section. Start adding water little by little while whisking continuously to form a thick batter of pouring consistency. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add carrom seeds and onion to it. Mix well and fry for a minute on medium flame.
- Then, add green chili and tomato to it. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Then, add garam masala and cumin powder to it. Mix well and add spinach to it. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Now, add salt and panner to it. Mix well and cook for a minute on medium flame.
- Finally, add coriander leaver to it. Mix well and switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a tawa and pour a ladle full of the batter to it. Move the ladle in circular motion to spread the batter on the tawa.
- Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes and stuffing at one corner of the chilla and fold it in half.
- Serve immediately with chutney or tomato ketchup.
