  2. Take 2 Tablespoon Masala (see recipe)

  4. Take Green chilli to taste

  7. Get 300 grams Paneer
  8. Make ready 2,3 Tablespoon Oil or ghee for frying
Instructions to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Cut the paneer in cubes, - Heat the oil in frying pan and fry paneer on medium low heat until golden brown, transfer in a plate and keep aside.
  2. Add masala in pan and cook on medium heat,add spinach puree mix well and cover with lid, let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes,
  3. Uncover the pan and keep stirring until get smooth and creamy texture then add fried paneer and let it simmer more 5 minutes,turn off the heat and transfer palak paneer in serving dish garnish with green Chillies.
