  8. Get as needed elaichi, green chillies, ginger, garlic

  12. Prepare 1tsp sugar
  13. Take 4tbsp Oil,
  14. Get 3tbsp ghee
Steps to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Boil water add salt and sugar. Switch off gas.. Add in chopped palak for 2 minutes.Strain and refresh with cold water and crush palak to a smooth puree
  2. In oil 1 tbsp and ghee 1tbsp add khada masalas, chillies, ginger and garlic. - Add in diced onions and cashews. Add salt. Cook until onions are pink.
  3. Add in dhanajira and kitchen king masala and mix. Swich off and cool this mixture and crush it to a smooth paste
  4. In another pan take oil 2 tbsp and lightly fru paneer cubes.Take out on a plate, keeping paneer white.Sprinkle some salt on each paneer
  5. In remaining oil and ghee add jira add in onion-kaju paste and cream and 3tbsp water. - Cook until it begins to boil
  6. Add in palak puree, fried paneer cubes, kitchen king masala and salt
  7. Mix and bring to boil. Serve hot with tandoori roti, naan, paratha Or jira rice
