- In a separate pot add oil and crackle methi dana and cumin seeds in it.
- Add ginger garlic paste and onion puree to it.
- Cook until onion changes colour and add tomato puree.
- Add all the spices and a little amount of water. Cook for 5 minutes
- Now cover and cook for another 5 minutes until oil separates. You can add more water if needed
- Now add spinach paste to it and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add cream to it and simmer for 2 minutes
- Now put paneer cubes in it and mix well
- Serve hot.
