  8. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  10. Make ready 1 medium sized tomato chopped finely
  11. Take as required Oil to fry
  12. Get as required Ghee to make Parathas
  13. Make ready as per taste Salt

Instructions to make Palak Paneer Roll:
  1. Make Palak purée.
  2. In a bowl add wheat flour, yogurt, salt and mix. Add purée to make the dough, cover and set aside.
  3. In a bowl add grated paneer. In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds. When it splutters, add sliced onion, sliced tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 mins. Add grated paneer.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and cook well. Set aside
  5. From the dough make balls. Roll out Parathas and roast in hot tawa. Add ghee to make the Parathas.
  6. Add the cooked paneer on one side and roll. Add sliced onions, coriander leaves and tie with ribbons. Palak Paneer Rolls are ready
