  2. Prepare 2 Boiled Eggs
  3. Get 1 tbsp Oil

  6. Get 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  7. Get 1 finely chopped tomato
  8. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Take 2 tsp garam masala

  13. Prepare leaves chopped coriander
  14. Make ready 2 tsp kasuri methi
Instructions to make Egg Curry:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add 2 bay leaves. Add 1 medium sized finely chopped onion.
  2. Add asofotida and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Fry till onion turns golden brown.
  3. Add 1 finely chopped tomato. Saute for 2 min. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt and saute again for 2 to 3 min.
  4. When mixture starts leaving oil add 1 glass of warm water.
  5. Cook for 5 min. Add chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
  6. Add boiled and cut eggs and cook for 5 min.
  7. Egg curry is ready to serve.
