- In a pan add oil, fennel seeds, curry leaves finely chopped garlic and roast it well. Add Ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell vanishes.
- Now add finely chopped onions and fry till the onions turn golden brown and add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and cumin powder and roast well.
- Once the mixture releases oil add the goat liver to it and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes and the goat liver is done. Add coriander leaves for garnishing.
- Enjoy with hot steamed rice.
