  1. For stock: add water and above-mentioned ingredients with mutton and cook until meat is tender and stock remains 1 cup. Strain stock and take out mutton pieces.
  2. Boil rice with the ingredients mentioned above. They should b 3/4 done
  3. In a pot, add ghee, add onion paste and cook until Color changes.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, saute it and add mutton. Mix and cook it
  5. Add green chili paste, red chili powder, salt coriander powder, mix it and add yoghurt. Add stock in it and cook it well. There must b stock type gravy in it.. don't dry the Masala.
  6. Spread rice over gravy, sprinkle spices over layer, sprinkle Brown onion and make next layers.
  7. In the end sprinkle saffron milk, and 1 tbsp of desi ghee, add some fried almonds and let them on steam for 15 minutes.
