  6. mix the chicken stock & pour into the pan. add the rest of the herbs, lemon, butter and spices. simmer for approx 45 mins.
  7. after 10 mins simmering add your chopped tomato.
  8. start your rice… add pinch of sea salt & parsley.
  9. once your sauce has thickened leav for 5 minutes before serving.
