The ingredients needed to make Plain Dosa:
  1. Take 1 cup Rice
  2. Get 1 cup Curd
  3. Make ready as needed Water
  4. Prepare to taste Salt
  5. Take 1 teaspoon Haldi
  6. Make ready Few Curry leaves
  7. Get 4 tablespoons Tomato sauce
  8. Get 4 tablespoons Mint chutney
Steps to make Plain Dosa:
  1. Wash and Soak rice in water for 6-8 hours.
  2. Grind to a paste. Add curd and water till you get a thick pouring consistency.
  3. Add Haldi, salt and curry leaves.
  4. Heat oil in a tawa and pour one karhchi/big serving spoon of the batter and spread all over.
  5. Cook on medium flame till it turns crisp.
  6. Spread some tomato sauce and pudina chutney on the dosa and fold it from middle
  7. Serve with any dip or Sambar
