A wonderful, creamy pea soup, a must try for pea soup lovers! I substituted some water with chicken broth and only used half the cream cheese. Also didn't put it in the blender I like it a little chunky. Split Pea Vegetable and Chicken Sausage Soup. Serve with fresh bread and a garden salad.
