- When the steam settles down pour a tbsp of milk.
- In a small pan pour oil. Put cumin powder, curry leaves, clove and cinnamon stick. Add this to the soup. mix well and boil for a minute
- Turn off the flame and garnish with some finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice and fries
