- In the mean while take any mortar and pestle add cloves,green cardamon,whole black pepper,cumin seeds,black cumin seeds crush it all and add in frying onion.
- Onion becomes fry now add beef and fry it until change its colour.
- Now add fresh crushed ginger garlic in mortar and pestle. Mix it.
- Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
- Bhoonify it for 5 minutes.
- Now add yogurt and bhoonify it again.
- Then add warm water and cover the pressure cooker and pressure it for 10- 13 minutes.
- Now beef is tender add cut potatoes and keep cooking until potatoes becomes done.
- Now add water for required shorba
- Sprinkle All spice powder and nutmeg and mace powder on top.simmer it for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander while serving.
- Serve with chapati or pulao.
- We eat it with zeera pulao.
