Keema momos are healthy and can be eaten at any time. One can have it for breakfast or as a snack. Add the keema mixture to the dough and neatly close it by pinching the sides. Marinated minced meat of goat is utter delight for non-vegetarians who enjoy mutton.

Steps to make Momo with keema filling:
  1. Filling : Heat oil in a kadhai add sliced onions. Fry till brown add minced meat, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and some water. Stir and let cook till keema is done. Add all the other vegetables and stir fry for another 2 mins. Sprinkle some pepper. Let it cool.
  2. Dough: take maida and salt and oil in a small bowl. Knead a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 mins.
  3. Now make small balls from the dough. Roll like a small puri, add filling in the center and apply some water on the sides. Give ur desired momo shape. Similarly make all the momos.
  4. Soup:In a big pot add 1.5l water along with all the vegetables and 1tsp salt. Cover and bring to boil. This pot will act as a steamer to steam the momos. In a large strainer apply some oil and place the momos. Put it on the pot and cover the momos. steam for 10 mins. This way the soup will also get ready along with the momos.
  5. Remove the momos on a plate.
  6. In the soup add 1 beaten egg and cornflour mixed in water and stir. Sprinkle some pepper and serve in a bowl. Serve the momos with hot chiili and garlic sauce
