  2. Place a fry pan on the stove. Switch on the flame. Pour 1/2 tsp Oil, turmeric powder,1/4 tsp Chilli powder and little salt. Add the eggs and saute on a medium flame for 2 mins.
  3. In a currypan add 3 tsp Oil. Once the oil gets heat add cinnamon, cardamom,cloves and cumin seeds. Fry for a minute.
  4. Add the onions fry until onions becomes translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins in medium flame.
  5. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Saute for a minute.
  6. Then add chopped tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes in medium flame.
  7. Add required water. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
  8. Meanwhile grind the coconut to a smooth paste. Then add the paste to the curry. Cover and cook for about 5 mins.
  9. Then add the fried eggs and mix well.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
  11. Serve with Chapathi and Roti.
